Terms:

This application is subject to review by the membership committee. You will be notified within 10 days of acceptance or denial into the Cape & Islands Wedding Group. A membership application is not a guarantee of acceptance.

Arbitration: All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or the member's participation in the Cape & Islands Wedding Group Shall by resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with state laws. The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. This clause encompasses any and all disputes involving the Cape & Islands Wedding Group and their officers, directors, agents and representatives.

Limitation on Liability: Notwithstanding any other provision in the Agreement, any liability to you involving the Cape & Islands Wedding Group, its officers, directors, agents and representatives for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to this Agreement and/or membership of participation in the Cape & Islands Wedding Group, and regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the amount of yearly dues paid by you for the membership in the Cape & Islands Wedding Group. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages.
